She also serves the real estate community as a freelance real estate paralegal and volunteers in the arts community as a Trustee of the Greenville Museum of Art in Greenville, N.C.
Kelly is a seasoned Property Manager, excelling in contract negotiation, procurement, vendor management and facilities management. She is a former Patent & Intellectual Property paralegal, having represented the Peoples' Republic of China, Texas Instruments, Motorola and Scientific American, among others, and was a Tax Advisor for H&R Block.
